Ryan Carssow wants to represent your interests in the buying or selling of your next home.
You will be impressed by his integrity and thorough, forthright approach to real estate. Ryan believes that most people already know what they want in a house, and feels he can be most valuable by guiding his clients through all the complexities of a real estate transaction so they can enjoy the fun aspects of house hunting and home ownership.
Ryan takes education and professional development seriously, and before the end of his first year in the business had already earned the respected Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors.
He began his residential real estate career buying and selling investment properties for members of his own family. Ryan comes from a long line of Carssows who have excelled in the fields of real estate sales, development, and law, and he is eager to share strategies with other clients who want to invest in residential real estate.
Before becoming a full time Realtor®, Ryan was a property manager responsible for a portfolio of more than 90 retail and commercial properties all over the great state of Texas (from Dallas to McAllen and San Antonio to Houston). Ryan holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Houston and worked for 10 years as a newspaper writer, editor, and designer, including daily newspapers in Houston, San Antonio, and Bryan-College Station.
Ryan married his wonderful wife, Kristy, in 2001 at the family ranch in Cedar Park. They live in Cedar Park with their two-year-old daughter, Abby, and are expecting their second child, Jack, before the end of 2008.
